A seasoned corporate executive, Clarence has utilized his extensive knowledge acquired from decades of hands-on experience and leadership training with GE and Halliburton corporations to transform the behavioral health industry.

Mirroring the original model birthed by his mother, to provide a safe haven and hope for the homeless, Clarence’s lifelong passion for helping others has come full circle. As industry needs shifted, Clarence adapted his business model to support the growing needs of those affected by behavioral health issues, substance abuse, and homelessness.

Alisa began her career with Bakers Home Inc. in 2023 in Covington, VA, at Covington Manor, as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and later became a Registered Medication Aide. After relocating to Roanoke in 2017, she joined North Roanoke Assisted Living, where she advanced to Unit Manager and became a CPR Instructor. She also
